Salute!

Salute! is a signature fundraising event benefiting Cottonwood, Incorporated, presented in partnership with Standard Beverage Corporation. All proceeds support Cottonwood’s mission to empower people with disabilities as they shape their own futures.

Salute! A Festival of Wine & Food is a three-day celebration offering experiences for wine enthusiasts of every level. Each year, guests travel from near and far to take part in this much‑anticipated event.

The festivities begin on Thursday with the Mass St. Mosey, where attendees stroll through select downtown businesses while enjoying wine tastings and samples of exceptional local cuisine.

On Friday evening, the excitement continues with an elegant Winemaker Dinner, featuring a gourmet menu thoughtfully paired with remarkable wines.

The festival concludes on Saturday with the Grand Tasting & Auctions, showcasing more than 200 wines and spirits, along with outstanding dishes from some of the area’s finest restaurants and caterers.
